NZ Road Relay Championships

A long standing event, for the past 45 years, the NZ Road Relay Championships has been one of our high energy Out of Stadia events. The multi-lap circuit format (50km in distance) is ideal for building a festival type atmosphere. Athletes can access pit lane stops with aid and refreshments available, in addition to support crew interaction. This all helps to create an all-action, high energy zone to keep participating athletes motivated.

Spectators and athlete support crews feel part of the action with live entertainment to keep them going in between laps, as well as electronic leaderboard updates and live footage from other vantage points around the course. This event includes a variety of race types and distances and an even running surface for optimal running performances.
