Athletics New Zealand is proud to partner with TVNZ to bring Track Stars into Kiwi homes on the 7th of March 2026. Audiences can enjoy electric track and field action, with New Zealand’s top athletes vying for national titles, while celebrities and household names compete for the title of Track Star. This event blends top-flight athletic action and New Zealand icons in an evening of sporting action and entertainment.
While Track Stars will light up screens across the country, fans in Auckland will be treated to the action live and in person at the Douglas Track & Field, Trusts Arena. The event offers an unbeatable opportunity to witness New Zealand’s top athletes and celebrity competitors up close in a vibrant, festival-style atmosphere. It’s all happening as the sun goes down on the Trusts Arena on Saturday, 7 March 2026.
